Everything went smoothly. We changed from ducted gas to heat pump with 4 units. Perfomance is much better than expected. Installation was well co-ordinated, well explained and cleanup was great, including removal of old split cycle system.

Installed 3 units. Customer service 10/10 from the start to installation and back up service on inspected the installed units. There is only one word to describe this team they talk to each other coordinates works with all trades and deliver. I am very grateful for the team and recommend them to anyone looking to install. Everything went well, from negotiation to install date. The subcontracted team doing the install were gold. Small problem with two units leaking water after 3 days, they came out within 4 days was just a minor install error fixing up the slope on the drainage pipes Staff were attentive calling me and asking if everything is back on track. Pricing was great too.
